Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating strong product knowledge
• Drive sales by maximizing every sales opportunity through product and styling recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling, while striving to exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
• Achieve personal and team sales targets set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Proactively engage with customers and attend to enquiries to create a positive shopping experience
• Retrieve, organize, and replenish stocks to ensure products are readily available
• Organize the storeroom and arrange stocks according to inventory standards
• Maintain store cleanliness and overall store presentation in accordance with visual merchandising standards
• Operate the POS/cashier system accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level / NITEC
• Strong interest in the fashion retail industry and fashion styling
• Passionate about serving customers
• Sales-driven with a strong customer service mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks, such as retrieving products from the stockroom
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
