We are looking for Customer Service Executive ( Work From Home) We are hiring Customer Service Associate (Voice + Chat/Email) for a Permanent Work From Home opportunity. Salary Budget

• CTC: 15,000-17,000 or 18,000 25,000 (depending on the hiring category/process)

• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts
• Login Hours: 9 hours
• Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Roles Profile

• Responsible for Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
• Responsible for Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
• Responsible for Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Undergraduates, Graduates, Freshers, and Experienced candidates are all welcome to apply.
• English + Hindi communication skills are mandatory.

Candidates must have: (Must Have)

• Laptop with Intel Core i3 or i5 processor
• Stable Wi-Fi/Broadband Internet Connection
• Power Backup (UPS/Inverter) to ensure uninterrupted work
