What the job involves

• Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week
• 6 weeks rota basis, you will only work 1 and a half weekends in 6 weeks, for any weekend work you will get a day off in the week in lieu!
• Opening Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am - 8pm, Saturday - 8am - 6pm, Sunday - 10am - 4pm
• You’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our customers – whether it’s through secure messaging, phone calls or Live Chat. You’ll help them feel supported and confident in their journey with Aviva
• Your work will help us retain valued customers and welcome new ones. You’ll be part of a team that puts people first and delivers great outcomes every day
