What they need
Responsibility :
- Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers
- Work closely with operational and sales team regarding the shipping and forwarding progress
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, any major (preferable from logistics/sea managament transportations)
- Fresh graduate with internship experience in logistics/freight forwarding company are welcomed to apply
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field (freight forwarding and logistics company)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Required languages: Indonesia, English or other foreign languages (Mandarin) will be plus point
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)
- High curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Placement in branch office Surabaya
- Able to join as soon as possible
