As a Customer Service Export Specialist you will report to [N+1 Jobtitel]in the [department name]based in Huizhou for a Permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer order, follow up and push delivery schedule and ensure on time delivery.
2. Drive ,communicate and coordinate with related departments to solve problem& satisfy customer needs (all kinds of inquiry, complaint....).
3. Drive internal process optimization or new process to meet operation efficiency.
4. Shipping arrangement with warehouse, forwarders, prepare and confirm logistics documents and related certificates, tracking transportation for APAC Logistics, coordinate with logistics team to solve the transportation issue
5. SAP Operation and daily problem solving.

Position Requirements:

1. More than 3 year experience in oversea customer service or shipping or SCM related.
2. Fluent English in oral, reading, writing.
3. Be familiar with Microsoft office tool, especially Excel，SAP experience is preferred.
4. Good communication and detail oriented
