Customer Service Export Specialist

As a Customer Service Export Specialist you will report to [N+1 Jobtitel] in the [department name] based in Huizhou for a Permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer order, follow up and push delivery schedule and ensure on time delivery.
• Drive ,communicate and coordinate with related departments to solve problem& satisfy customer needs (all kinds of inquiry, complaint....).
• Drive internal process optimization or new process to meet operation efficiency.
• Shipping arrangement with warehouse, forwarders, prepare and confirm logistics documents and related certificates, tracking transportation for APAC Logistics, coordinate with logistics team to solve the transportation issue
• SAP Operation and daily problem solving.

Position Requirements

• More than 3 year experience in oversea customer service or shipping or SCM related.
• Fluent English in oral, reading, writing.
• Be familiar with Microsoft office tool, especially Excel，SAP experience is preferred.
• Good communication and detail oriented
