Customer Service Representative – Fun City, Giga Mall

Fun City at Giga Mall is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about rides, games, and safety procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Report any operational or safety issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Minimum FSc / Intermediate (Graduation preferred).
• 1–2 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and customer dealing skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality.
• Age: 18–28 years.

Shift Timings:

• 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Location: Fun City, Giga Mall, DHA Phase II, Islamabad.

Preference will be given to candidates residing near Giga Mall due to shift timings and commuting requirements.
