Customer service- Freight forwarding

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export shipments from booking through delivery.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, CFS/ICD, transporters and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare, verify and maintain export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and COO.

• Ensure timely communication with customers and provide regular shipment status updates.

• Follow up for documentation, approvals, clearances and shipment milestones.

• Handle customer queries, resolve operational issues and provide effective solutions.

• Work closely with operations, documentation and accounts teams for smooth shipment execution.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
