Customer Service - Global Tech E-Commerce ( Skill English )

About the role

IT Technical Support role with Transcosmos (Thailand), a global leader in Customer Experience Solutions. This is an opportunity for fresh graduates or experienced professionals with an IT/Engineering background to work with world-class e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product information and customer support via phone and online platforms
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer inquiries
• Assist customers by providing accurate product and service information
• Handle customer complaints and explain product features or troubleshooting procedures

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Good command of English (CEFR B2 or TOEIC 550+)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer and typing proficiency

• Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Chat Support is an advantage , Ecommerce,Sale ,Marketing

  ,QA task would be advantage.
