Job Description

• Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently in Hindi or Tamil.
• Coordinate with the procurement and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery processes.
• Provide support in preparing reports and documentation as needed.
• Assist in managing order processing and tracking activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

The Successful Applicant A Successful Customer Service - Hindi/Tamil Should Have

• Proficiency in Hindi or Tamil, along with strong communication skills in English.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with procurement and supply chain processes is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer relationship management.
