JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: - Assistance Coordinator (Auto/Automotive)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Note: Open to work in rotating shifts and rotating with week off which includes night shifts in a 24x7 work environment with 6 days working

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints via calls.
• Handle complaints (Case) and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with customers, clients & internal operations team regarding case
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and case closure.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Handle case related 2wheelers & 4wheelers services.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Excellent communication
• Proven customer support experience
• Experience working with customer support.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications

Language Know: English & Hindi

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: freshers can also apply - 2 + years

customer service/referral specialist and/or call center experience Assistance Agency exposure preferred.
