CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPORT

About the role

Coordinate import shipments with clients, agents, vendors, and internal teams. Follow up on shipment arrangements and monitor shipment progress. Check and coordinate import documents based on shipment requirements. Coordinate customs clearance process and ensure documents are complete and accurate. Provide timely updates regarding shipment status to relevant parties.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import shipments with clients, agents, vendors, and internal teams
• Follow up on shipment arrangements and monitor shipment progress
• Check and coordinate import documents based on shipment requirements
• Coordinate customs clearance process and ensure documents are complete and accurate
• Provide timely updates regarding shipment status to relevant parties

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Import, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics
• Good understanding of import documents (BL, CIPL, Form E, LS, Manifest, PIB) and customs clearance process
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
