Customer Service (Import/Export)-Min 1 Year Experience Welcome !

What you need to do:

* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing timely updates on shipment status and freight movements.

* Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of shipments.

* Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations accurately and efficiently.

* Submit import and export permit documents to relevant authorities and closely monitor the status of the permit ie LKIM, MAQIS, MTIB.

* Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipment details, and communications in the company system.

What we need from you:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

* Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
