About Us

Meiji Corporation is the U.S. subsidiary of a Japanese company specializing in industrial automation and manufacturing solutions. We support manufacturers throughout North America by supplying MRO and factory automation products and providing customized solutions that help improve production efficiency, reliability, and quality.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team. This position supports customers throughout the quoting and order process while coordinating with vendors, logistics, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and process customer orders using our ERP system
• Communicate with customers primarily by email to understand their needs and provide timely support
• Source and procure parts based on customer requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and internal departments
• Track order and shipment status and provide customers with updates
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, and order records
• Assist with routine order, shipment, and customer service issues
• Follow up as needed to ensure orders and customer requests are handled properly

Experience with ERP systems, order processing, customer service, inside sales, purchasing, or a similar business environment is helpful.
