Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the property development industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Service team in handling customer enquiries and requests.
- Assist in coordinating customer appointments and site visits.
- Support the team in preparing customer-related documents and records.
- Assist in following up on customer feedback, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of customer records.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Minimum internship duration: 4 months.
