Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the team.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
