Location: Yamuna Vihar, Delhi (On-Site)
Duration: 3-6 Months
Stipend: Rs. 5,000 - Rs. 10,000/month (based on performance)
Post-Internship: Full-time job offer (based on performance)

About Us

ZingyGifts.com is an e-commerce brand specializing in personalized gifts - custom storybooks, caricatures, photo frames, mugs, and more. We are looking for a Customer Service & Client Servicing Intern to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries via calls, email, and WhatsApp
• Managing client communication and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Coordinating client orders between design, production, and delivery teams
• Assisting with client onboarding for new orders and customizations
• Sharing order updates, tracking information, and resolving client queries
• Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team
• Maintaining records of customer interactions and order details

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
• Friendly, patient, and customer-first mindset
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
• Comfortable making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
• Ready to work on-site in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM)
• Bonus skills: CRM tools, Canva, or ChatGPT
