📍 Internship Details

• Location: Herrenberg (near Stuttgart), 100% on-site
• Type: Mandatory Internship (Pflichtpraktikum)
• Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Compensation: €1,000 gross per month
• Duration: Flexible, depending on your university's mandatory internship requirements

📋 Your Responsibilities

• Support our Customer Service team in handling and responding to customer inquiries through daily communication channels
• Assist with questions regarding parcel shipments, delivery status, and special delivery cases
• Help investigate customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments to find appropriate solutions
• Follow up on customer requests and support the timely resolution of open cases
• Maintain accurate customer information, complaint records, and service-related documentation
• Work closely with experienced colleagues to understand customer service processes and daily logistics operations
• Support the team in identifying recurring customer issues and opportunities to improve service quality
• Take on additional customer service-related tasks and gradually develop more independence in your daily work

🎓 Your Profile

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences , with a mandatory internship required as part of your studies
• Able to provide official confirmation of your mandatory internship requirement from your university
• Very good Mandarin Chinese and German language skills ; English is considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with a sense of responsibility
• Motivation to learn, take initiative, and contribute actively to a team
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
• Availability for a full-time internship (40 hours per week)
