Customer Service Intern (with allowance)

The Customer Service Intern will assist the Customer Service team with daily administrative and operational tasks. The intern will support the team in organizing customer concerns, updating records, preparing reports, and coordinating basic requests under the supervision of the assigned staff

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service team in organizing and monitoring customer concerns.
• Assist in encoding customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Help update and maintain customer records and files.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly customer service reports.
• Help monitor and organize customer service-related documents.
• Assist in coordinating customer concerns with other departments when needed.
• Help check and organize order, return, exchange, and delivery-related information.
• Assist in responding to basic inquiries under the supervision of the Customer Service staff.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks related to Customer Service.
• Assist in filing and organizing documents and records.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor.

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary institution, preferably in business, commerce, logistics or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help resolve issues
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environmen
