职责描述：

• 在线解答客户咨询，提供准确、专业的解答

任职条件：

• 高中以上学历，拥有客服经验者优先**（或至少一年相关工作经验）**
• 精通中文书面及口语，具有较高的中文打字速度
• 拥有客户至上的服务理念，善于换位思考
• 具备优秀的沟通、倾听及谈判能力，能够处理突发情况
• 具备良好的抗压能力，责任心强，自我驱动
• 善于发现问题，具有敏锐的洞察力

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries online, providing accurate and professional solutions.
• Proactively learn relevant business knowledge to continuously enhance expertise.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
• Provide feedback and suggestions from the customer’s perspective to help improve user experience.
• Complete tasks assigned by supervisors efficiently and with a strong sense of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM; candidates with customer service experience preferred (or at least one year relevant working experience).
• Excellent written and spoken Mandarin, with fast and accurate Chinese typing skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong customer-first mindset and empathy in communication.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
• Able to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
• Good problem-identification and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule.
