CUSTOMER SERVICE LOGISTICS FORWARDING

About the role

Handle customer inquiries, coordinate import-export and follow up shipments in logistics and freight forwarding.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service
• Understand import-export shipment and INCOTERMS
• Source and negotiate rate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, vendors management
• Prepare and send quotations/offers to customers and overseas agents, follow up on bookings & shipments
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams
• Maintain good relationships with customers and overseas agents
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the shipment process
• Work closely with Operation and Accounting
• Handle other tasks assigned by Branch Manager
• Specific job duties will be discussed during the interview

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Export & Import
• Good understanding of Export & Import procedures and documentation
• Able to prepare and negotiate freight quotations for customers and overseas agents
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Korean language skills are a plus
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
