Manage end-to-end customer service activities for freight forwarding shipments (Air & Ocean).
Execution of import and export documentation.
Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, & IATA partners to secure operational support and competitive solutions.
Required Candidate profile
Shipping experience especially in FFD
Complete Knowledge of documentation and operations
Having experience of handling key accounts and overseas agents
Good rapport with shipping lines and IATA
