Customer Service Manager

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person.

• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records, including but not limited to keying in orders.

• Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.

• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Receiving Payments from customers.

• Proof reading and editing documents or websites

-Filing paperwork or other office tasks during down time.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

-Must be proficient in word, excel, and google calendar.

-Previous leadership experience.

• Must be able to work extended hours in the months April through July.

• Must be able to work 4th of July and some other holiday's like Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
