We are a high-performing State Farm insurance agency seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven customer service manager who can balance hands-on customer service responsibilities with team leadership.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, builds meaningful customer relationships, and proactively identifies opportunities to better protect our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support our customer service team while managing your own daily workload.
• Handle customer inquiries, policy changes, and complex service requests.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive retention.
• Proactively review customer households to identify coverage gaps, unmet insurance needs, and opportunities for additional protection.
• Conduct meaningful coverage conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and accountability.
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and confidently.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and agency growth.

Qualifications

• Insurance or customer service leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance individual responsibilities with team leadership.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable holding others accountable.
• Colorado Property & Casualty license preferred.
• State Farm agency experience is a plus!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
