Customer Service Manager

Strong knowledge of mobile service operations, including CRM, spare parts management, repair workflow, and warranty policies.

Leadership & team management skills – ability to lead FDOs, engineers and floor incharge effectively.

Customer relationship management – skilled in handling escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving service quality.

Operational excellence – maintaining TAT , revenue and audit compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems for reporting and analysis. managing billing and expense control.

Ability to conduct performance reviews, staff training, and skill development.

Problem-solving & decision-making skills to handle daily operational challenges. Communication & interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and regional/state-level management.

Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and adherence to company policies & compliance standards.

Minimum qualification: Graduate. 3–5 years of experience in service center operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
