As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee daily customer service and administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Lead the customer service team, including manpower planning, scheduling, task delegation, and workload management.
• Coordinate closely with Funeral Directors, the Assistant Operations Manager, and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and company image.
• Oversee customer enquiries, incoming calls, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions.
• Review customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Review and improve SOPs, administrative processes, forms, and operational workflows.
• Plan and conduct on-the-job training to develop staff competency and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Manage staff administration, performance assessments, employee welfare, leave approvals, overtime, and disciplinary matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant customer service experience in the service industry, with proven team leadership and management experience.
• Keen interest in funeral service industry
