Customer Service - Motor Claims

At Budget Direct, our Motor Claims Consultants pick up the phone when customers need help most. When a customer's car is off the road, they're not just stressed - they're stuck. Important Information (Please Read Before Applying)

• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Location: This is an in-office role based in our modern Kawana Waters office (free staff parking provided).
• Start Date: Monday 2nd November 2026.
• Working Hours: This full-time role operates on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with your shifts scheduled between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. You will also be rostered to work a maximum of one Saturday every 2 to 3 weeks.
