• Liaising with our business partners
• Receiving and processing enquiries and complaints relating to central settlements (clarification, analysis, process correction)
• Data quality control in consultation with business partners, including setting up and managing accounts for new contractors
• Supporting new business partners with regard to applicable procedures
• Participating in the implementation of solutions to optimise internal processes
• Collaborating with other branches across Europe

Your Profile

• A working knowledge of German – essential
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes
• Experience in customer service
• Analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer software (MS Office – Word/Excel)
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Diligence and commitment to carrying out assigned tasks
