Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in English and Vietnamese.
• Provide customer support for business customers across the US mostly nail salons, restaurants, hair salons, garages, milk tea shops and fast food establishments.
• Provide accurate information and support customers with product/service-related issues.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective customer support.

Working Schedule

• Shift 1: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• 5.5 days per week
• On-site working at the company office

Requirements

• Experienced in customer care or call centers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking).
• Good English communication skills are a strong advantage (English level IELTS 5.5 – 6.0 or equivalent)
• Empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Skills in using computers and office software (Excel, Word).
• Own a laptop/PC to support in case of emergencies.
• Have responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle work pressure.
• Due to the nature of night shifts, the ability to manage schedules and workloads is necessary to maintain health and well-being for nighttime work.
