What they need
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Sea Transportation Management.
- Min. 1-2 years experience in Global Freight Forwarding company, especially in handling Ocean Export documents.
- Strong knowledge about Ocean Export documents & shipping procedures (Invoice, PEB, Packing List, Manifest)
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Proficient in Ms. Excel and Good Communication skill.
- Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking.
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
Job Description :
- Handle inquiries and quotations for ocean export shipments.
- Provide rate information, shipping schedules, and routing to customers.
- Process booking orders and update shipment status to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and issues and provides an alternative solutions
