Customer Service / Office Assistant – Entry Level | Full-Time

What You’ll Do (Training Provided):

• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Assist with general office and computer tasks
• Support shipping, filing, and order processing operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and punctual—showing up matters!
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication in both spoken and written English
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Pay & Benefits:

• $15.00–$17.00/hour, based on experience and ability
• Skill-based pay increases as you learn new tasks
• Up to 25% wage increase is possible within your first year
• Paid time off after one year of employment
• Comp time available after six months
• On-the-job training and room to grow

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• No nights, no weekends

Requirements:

• Able to commute to our office in Miami, FL 33166
• Full-time availability (30–40 hours per week)
