Customer Service / Office Representative

We're currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team and be responsible for providing assistance to customers. The successful candidates will be required to have a commitment to resolving problems in a timely manner and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment utilizing creative problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer's questions.
• Resolving customer's problems.
• Managing customer expectations.
• Achieving specified productivity goals.

Drivers license is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
