You will join a supportive, fast-paced customer operations team working closely with corporate clients, internal operations, and overseas offices to ensure smooth daily service delivery.

about the job.

• Act as the main contact for corporate accounts, managing daily service inquiries, shipping requests, and quotes.
• Monitor international cargo/parcels end-to-end and provide proactive status updates to clients.
• Troubleshoot transit delays, customs holds, or shipping errors quickly.
• Work with internal warehouse teams and overseas hubs to ensure timely delivery.

skills & experiences required.

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Around 2 years of customer service experience (experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or e-commerce supply chain preferred).
• Patient, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
