Customer Service Officer (Banking Call Centre)

Work Location: Jurong/East Region, Singapore

Pay Structure: Basic + Shift Allowance (effective upon completion of training and approval)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized telephone service to customers on banking products, accounts and service enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.

Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.

Identify cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.

Gather customer feedback and identify recurring issues or trends for service improvement.

Requirements:

• Experienced Customer Service / Fresh graduates with Diploma qualification or above are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Willingness to work on a rotating roster, including weekends (5 days of working per week).
• Flexible and open to shift swapping and scheduling arrangements.
