Customer Service Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves handling service requests, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall service delivery.
