What they need
- Salary Package : $3500 - $3800 + AWS + VB
- Working Hour ：Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Location: Tai Seng
- Regional chemical company
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, issue invoices and Purchase Orders, and monitor stock and shipments.
- Review and process customer orders.
- Liaise with customers to clarify order discrepancies and confirm orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfilment.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely support.
Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant Customer Service experience
SAP Business One (SAP B1) / related experience is preferred
