Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and order processing
• Prepare quotations and follow up
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
• Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in purchasing and inventory coordination

Requirements

• Diploma or above preferred
• 2-3 years customer service or sales coordination experience
• Good command of Cantonese and English, spoken and written English is required
• Experience in trading industry is preferred, with food industry experience being an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and basic formulas); experience with ERP systems is an advantage. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, detail-minded and customer-oriented

Working Hours & Benefits

• Five-day work week (9am - 6pm)
• Occasionally required to work on Saturdays to meet business needs, with compensatory leave provided
