Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person walk-ins. Provide product information, guide users on device setup/operation, assist with orders, returns, and warranty claims, and update CRM records.
• Showroom & Retail Operations: Maintain showroom floor standards, manage retail inventory and stock replenishment, and assist customers with hands-on troubleshooting, hardware calibration, or mobile health app connectivity.
• Care Coordination & Administration: Coordinate oxygen concentrator rentals and deliveries with hospitals, next-of-kin, and AIC. Handle POS cash/cashless transactions and cross-departmental escalations.
• Compliance & Upselling: Maintain strict compliance with PDPA guidelines regarding personal health data, suggest service improvements, and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities for health accessories and consumables.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in frontline customer service, retail sales, or hospitality; background in healthcare, medical devices, or wellness retail is preferred.
• Skills: Strong tech-savviness to explain hardware/apps (especially to elderly users), fluency in English (second languages/dialects are a plus), and proficiency with POS/CRM systems.
