Customer Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will act as the main link between customers, sales teams, and the factory floor to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, process, and track customer purchase orders in the ERP system
• Answer customer phone calls and emails about order status, delivery dates, and product details.
• Work with the production, warehouse, and shipping teams to confirm delivery timelines
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries, fix delivery delays or product issues quickly
• Maintain accurate client logs, shipping records, and sales data files

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business
• One to three years in customer service, office administration, order management or shipping roles
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and factory management software or ERP systems
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to deal with clients and staff
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines without mistakes
• Problem-solving skills to fix delivery delays or product issues quickly
• Attention to detail to check order numbers, prices, and shipping addresses carefully
• Ability to build good working relationships with factory and sales teams
