Customer Service Officer

• Strengthen customer relationships and improve customer retention.
• Build long-term brand loyalty through customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor customer behavior, feedback, and satisfaction to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey.
• Track customer health metrics and implement programs that increase customer loyalty and advocacy.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).
• Required 3-5 years of Experience in customer relations, brand management or similar roles, preferably in Financial services or other high-trust consumers industries
• Customer Behavior Analysis & Insight-driven decision making
• Campaign execution and strategic thinking, social listening and CRM platform proficiency
• Cross-functional collaboration, strong written and verbal communication
• Relationship and trust Management, Customer centric mindset and people skills
