Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and personalised frontline service to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Proactively identify customer needs, present relevant products and services, and offer tailored recommendations.
• Manage and resolve customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Gather and analyse customer insights to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and overall customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate case follow‑ups and ensure all issues are properly resolved.
• Elevate customer satisfaction and trust through quality service, fostering long‑term loyalty.

Requirements

• Diploma or above.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, client relations, or sales support is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self‑motivated, patient, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Fluent in Cantonese, with good written and spoken English; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• A strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑first mindset and dedication to service excellence.
