Customer Service Officer

Elite Importers are a well-established National Tile and Mosaic Wholesaler operating across the whole of Australia. We are a small, hardworking, fun and dedicated team looking to build our business with a group of like-minded individuals.

In this role you will get to:

• Provide industry leading service with a company that focuses on client satisfaction
• Deal with Tile retail outlets and resellers across Australia over the phone
• Assist client with all product & order enquiries via email & telephone
• Accurate data entry including - purchase order entry, updating customer details, tracking order & stock movements
• Assist the National sales team with all product & customer requests
• Make sales & marketing calls to clients
• Assist & work collaboratively with marketing, sales & accounts with the opportunity for career pathway into these departments.

It is expected you will:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Have a close eye for detail allowing you to provide efficient solutions to all Elite customers

• Have intermediate computer skills

• Be proactive in problem solving

• Strong team player
