- Memahami customer journey yang baik
- Melakukan blasting kepada member-member aktif di Toko Binaan/Mitra (Pilot Project)
- Memberikan edukasi kepada paramitra terkait peranan Customer Service di dalam operasional store
- Melakukan proses Follow Up terhadap database yang masuk hasil dari proses ads di sosial media
- Membuat copy writing untuk materi blasting ke enduser
- Menyajikan laporan hasil dari blasting yang dilakukan secara berkala
