Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries via hotline and livechat provide timely and effective solutions.
• Deliver professional, accurate, and high-quality customer service experience.
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate cases when required.
• Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders to resolve customer enquiries.
• Identify customer needs and introduce appropriate banking products and services.
• Assist in maintaining proper records and administrative support for customer service operations.
• Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-up, service updates, and referral opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years' customer service experience, preferably in banking, financial services, contact centre, or related industries. Fresh graduates with strong customer service orientation will also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of retail banking products and services is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
