High Win Packaging Limited 誠徵一名客戶服務員，此職位將主要負責處理客戶查詢及投訴、維持客戶關係，並協助銷售團隊進行行政事務。你將成為公司與客戶之間的重要溝通橋樑，確保客戶滿意度並支持業務發展。此為全職職位，工作地點位於九龍灣。
你的工作
- 處理客戶來電、電郵、WhatsApp等社交平台、或親身查詢，提供專業及友善的客戶服務
- 解答客戶關於產品及服務的問題，並提供相關資訊
- 記錄及跟進客戶投訴，確保問題得以妥善解決
- 協助處理銷售訂單、報價等行政工作
- 整理客戶資料及維護客戶數據庫
- 與內部不同部門溝通，協調客戶需求
- 準備客戶相關的報告及文件
- 按需要執行其他指派的工作
我們期待你擁有
- 中學畢業或以上程度
- 1年或以上的客戶服務或行政工作經驗
- 優秀的溝通及人際技巧，能有效與客戶互動
- 細心留神，具責任感及工作熱誠
- 具備基本電腦知識，熟悉 Microsoft Office 應用
- 良好的英文及中文（包括廣東話）書面及口頭溝通能力
- 能獨立處理工作及與團隊合作
- 具銷售或包裝業行業經驗者優先考慮
