Customer Service Officer

About the role

This role will support our Supply Chain, Sales and Logistics operations, ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and generate Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
• Provide sales support and logistics coordination to customers
• Coordinate with customers, sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding pricing, order status and delivery schedules
• Follow up on orders and deliveries, providing timely updates to customers
• Assist with tele-sales / telemarketing activities
• Handle customer emails and telephone enquiries professionally
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records and operational reports
• Prepare relevant documentation and perform clerical and administrative duties
• Support day-to-day Supply Chain and Logistics operations

About you

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Mature, responsive, independent and a good team player
• Experience with Microsoft Navision / ERP systems will be an added advantage
• Meticulous with good attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
