Customer Service Officer

About the role

In the Customer Service role, you will be responsible for supply chain management and coordinating sales-related activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Managing order schedules and inventory effectively
• Pulling in and pushing out inventory to prevent part shortages
• Responding to customer and supplier requirements
• Managing sales documents and providing administrative support
• Collaborating with other teams and departments and providing support when requested

About you

• At least 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the electronics or related industries

• Bachelor's degree in any related field

• Good negotiation, service-minded, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Good to excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Good command of English.
