Customer Service Officer

Salary package:

• Basic $2600 - $2900
• Shift Allowance ($13 per day)
• $500 Flexible Benefits
• Sign-on bonus

Working Hours:

• 12-hour rotating shift (7pm to 7am)

Work Location:

• Sunview | Company Transport Provided - Lakeside/Jurong/Admiralty

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders in the WMS/ERP system.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within customer SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor order status and resolve delivery or operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents (DOs, invoices, packing lists, PODs).
• Support inventory enquiries, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Support customer audits and maintain accurate operational records.

Requirement:

• Minimum diploma in supply chain/business administration
• Experience in a customer service role or logistic industry preferred
• Basic knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure
