Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities –

• Follow up on after-sales service issues, such as quotation, invoicing, order delivery, order arrangement and ensuring customer satisfaction etc;
• Handling customer’s enquiries , claims, complaints, reports, build-up a long term relationship with customers and overseas offices;
• Provide administrative / accounting support to ensure efficient operation of the office;
• Working closely with internal departments and external parties to ensure the operational efficiency;
• Maintaining good service quality and business relationships with supplies & customers;
• Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement -

• Non-degree holder or above in all disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in customer service
• Good command of English and Chinese. French would be a bonus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Attention to details and able to work independently and in cooperation with team members
• Detailed and customer oriented, independent and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Ability to handle pressure from customers and to meet the deadline
