Customer Service Officer – Auto Assist
💰 Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 (based on experience)
➕ RM450 Monthly Fixed Allowance
🕒 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off

Shift Hours – Auto Assist:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Noon: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Evening: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📍 Working Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification with relevant working experience
• 1–2 years of experience in Call Centre / Customer Service is an added advantage
• Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates with a relevant Degree are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Good numerical and calculation skills
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
• Computer literate
• Positive attitude and able to handle challenging customer interactions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

For Auto Assist role:

• Willing to work on rotating shifts
• Willing to work weekends & public holidays when required
• Flexible with overtime and shift adjustments

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information on products, services and promotions
• Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Aim for first-call resolution whenever possible
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when required
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records in the system
